Dr. Ravi Bhatia is the Director of the Division of Hematopoietic Stem Cell and Leukemia Research at City of Hope National Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bhatia’s research focuses on the biology of leukemia stem cells and the development of strategies to eliminate them. He has authored over 200 publications and has received numerous awards for his contributions to hematology. Dr. Bhatia is also dedicated to mentoring young scientists and clinicians in the field.
